As part of an ongoing program for continual improvement, Aurubis UK annually ask a random selection of their customers to participate in a survey to gauge their satisfaction with various aspects of the products and services they are provided.
Twelve areas were covered and customers can grade Aurubis UK‘s perceived performance at four levels: Excellent - Good - Needs Improvement - Unacceptable
With an impressive 93% of all possible responses being either “Excellent or Good” there is cause for some satisfaction although not for complacency.
Quality of Product Supplied, Accessibility of relevant personnel and Accuracy of Invoicing all scored a resounding 100%. When asked about our pricing levels, 84% said that they were Good or Excellent demonstrating the good understanding that our customers have of the market for Copper Alloys and Aurubis UK’s commitment to offering quality products at competitive rates .
Whilst the vast majority of responses were positive, the survey is carried out with the purpose of identifying areas for improvement and any deviation from 100% positive is analysed and acted upon accordingly.
In addition to attributing a grade, customers could also add their own comments. These praised both individuals and the Aurubis Team performance in in general as follows :-
