A quality policy statement has been issued that identifies the importance of meeting customer needs that are both specified and perceived. To provide copper based products, finished to a high quality and delivered within the time required.
The statement addresses the importance of top-level commitment to the quality of these products, the critical processes involved to achieve this, and service delivery. All personnel are made aware of this policy and copies are strategically displayed, both physically and digitally, as an on-going reminder.

These objectives will be in line with the group strategy which is also adopted by Aurubis UK. This will enable us to satisfy customer requirements cost effectively, providing good quality material and processes.
We will also seek to demonstrate compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements through the application of an effective Business Management System.
These statements are wholly consistent with the organisations' business objectives of continually seeking improvements in quality of products, timely delivery, inventory, purchase and lean savings, supported by sales.
The Policy of Aurubis UK Limited is to endorse both the vision and mission statements.
Objectives shall be set annually at management review meetings, and subsequently addressed through regular management meetings and communication sessions.
Adoption of BS EN ISO 9001: 2015, demonstrates our 'process' approach to the Business Management System employed throughout Aurubis UK. This approach promotes effective control of quality, documentation, systems and defines applicable responsibilities, all of which provide a cornerstone in the achievement of the business objectives.
It is the responsibility of ALL Aurubis UK employees to ensure that the final products fully meet the requirements of their customers. In addition, it is the responsibility of ALL managerial and supervisory staff to ensure that the Business Management System and the controls within constituent processes are understood, implemented and maintained. This shall be done by actively promoting the benefits of the Business Management System and consolidated by the principle of 'leading by example'.
